Fairhaven is a Life Plan community offering independent living and multiple care levels. Our goal is to help our residents be as independent and active as possible. We offer the safety, conveniences, and amenities of a retirement community and the full range of excellent health care services to support your health care needs. MISSION STATEMENT:

Fairhaven is a visible ministry of God’s love for older men and women. Its primary mission is to provide housing and health services which promote dignity and well-being with spiritual, intellectual, cultural, and recreational vitality. Fairhaven is associated with the Wisconsin Conference of the United Church of Christ.

Once you’re accepted into Fairhaven, you are assured access to future care that includes assisted living and memory care should you ever need it. And, there is comfort in knowing that our medical staff is on site and available 24 hours every day. Being a not-for-profit, faith based organization sets Fairhaven apart in other ways. Ultimately we have to consider the bottom line, but that’s not our primary motivation for serving.

Our mission, and it is a mission, is to provide care and comfort for our residents.

Because we are a not-for-profit, we can provide the same or better services at rates that are highly competitive with most for-profit organizations. For years, senior housing was perceived negatively because those who resided there were said to have lost their independence. In a Life Plan Community like Fairhaven, it’s about living your Life to the fullest.
